The Job

The incumbent must have 15-20 years process design experience, in which at least 10 years would be in offshore process design

covering:

- TEG Dehydration
- Hydrocarbon dewpoint control (using JT valve, refrigeration, turbo-expander)
- Oil Separation
- condensate coalescers
- condensate stabilisers or multi-stage flash vessels with intermediate heating
- dewatering with hydrocyclones
- desanders, water injection pumps
- mercury removal from gas or liquid.

Molecular sieve dehydration and acid gas removal experience, preferably membrane technology would be beneficial.

The Candidate

As this role is heavily design focused, the incumbent should have worked in feasibility, conceptual, FEED and Detailed Design. Hands on experience of plants from either plant trials, site surveys or plant operation would also be advantageous.

The Job

The Subsea Operations Manager will be a part of the Management team reporting to the Head of Operations.

The role is primarily to establish, organize, coordinate, direct and steer a small team of specialist personnel with regards to implementing future Subsea Inspection, Maintenance and Repair programs as well as organizing vessel, diving and remote vehicle (ROV) intervention activities.

The role will also involve liaising with the companys drilling and well operations departments and developing fit-for purpose solutions for future subsea well intervention. The scope of activities ultimately relate to ensuring the integrity management of installed subsea production, export and pipeline facilities.

The Candidate

As this role would be based in a developing location, single or accompanied status would be preferred, as provision of adequate schooling would be difficult.

The candidate would ideally have had prior experience within the region, demonstrating a high level of motivation. Exceptional interpersonal skills at all levels is a must as is the ability to work well with intercultural staff.
