Our Contingent Recruitment process works as follows:

  • We maintain a database of candidates who are actively seeking a new role
  • We select candidates who have relevant experience and skill sets, and conduct screening interviews
    The screening process focuses on career history to date, future aspirations, reason for moving, ability potential, and remuneration
  • We shortlist candidates, based on job specification and likelihood of "best-fit"
